That was my thought. It's so pilot of us to think the world revolves around pilots and the memo must be for us. It was a change to the corporate policy, and may not even comply with our contract. It probably wasn't meant for us.

We've been told there is a mx hangar being built in CAE. I suspect that we will be consolidating a lot of the outstation maintenance bases (SHV, VPS, MGM, etc), especially at the places that ASA lost... like BTR.

Default Right From Scott Hall!

"My email box and text messages to my cellphone have been flooded this weekend with pilots asking where the new domicile(s) is/are going to be located. Part of the speculation was fueled by the emails sent out on Friday regarding moving expense reimbursement and relocation eligibility-HR policy updates via OurASA.

There are NO new pilot domiciles or virtual bases planned to be announced this week, next week or in the near future. I understand some of you want to jettison ATL as your domicile and we will evaluate possible domiciles/bases but right now this is not the highest priority.

Scott"

I guess that pretty much ends this debate... or does it?

pilots on furlough, the remaining outstations up for bid, possible maintenance consolidations and rumors of more negative growth. New bases = generally more flying.

what is considered a "high priority" for you SH? Those of us scraping by on furlough would love to know
