I counted the phrase "Move Forward" or some variant used almost 25 times?

Insider trading would come from insider knowledge.... that had already had to sign a "non-disclosure agreement".

ALPA's been "moving forward" on this issue since the first Scope committee meeting back in 1995...It's only been 14 years...Give it some time.

For what its worth.

Jail time is rare for violating a NDA. The only way you are going to get jail time is if you are criminally prosecuted. This requires the government to get involved.

The more likely scenario this that you will be involved in a civil suit with the company you signed the NDA with.
