So recall notices are sent blindly. Pilots are completely in the dark about it with NO announcement at all. Phone calls to the company are not being returned, etc.
It makes one feel so used and manipulated. The total lack of respect and treatment like a human being with a family and decisions to make is just so far from the thought process of these clowns. Its no different than placing an order for used parts or something. You just place the order and no need to deal with the human element.
Its a shame that this is the way it is...on many levels.

There logic is easy to decipher. A 30 day recall notice is required per the CBA. Therefor in order to ensure adequate staffing in the event of an award the letters had to be mailed in time for the dec 7th Training start date. Ie nov 7.
