Colgan has a future, unlike AWAC. Yes I said it, you all know it's true.

Colgan only has a future until some other company underbids them. At least AWAC'ers will still have their self respect and dignity when they go out of business.

read each companies contract, im sure they are both readily available somewhere online, if you cant tell the difference and cannot distinguish the far superior company to work for, well I really dont know what to tell you.

I was in ground school last week and the instructor showed us the training dept schedule. The sim schedule has multiple slots designated for hew hires all the way through July.

4 more captain (re)upgrades in May.

I'd rather be a 4th year FO making $39/hour at AWAC than having what you refer to as a "FUTURE" making $28/hour flying MORE passengers.

I'm not in the 121 game any more, but that's just laughable, man. I have a lot of friends at Colgan, but there is a STARK difference between the two companies, with roughly $11,000 a year being one of them.

You may argue that upgrade is a consideration, but that's like saying a craps table is "hot."

They are confirmed RE-upgrades, and not people whom passed them up before but are more senior then the downgrades? We had this issue at PSA. All of our downgrades, I think only 1 has re-upgraded.....
