About had a heart attack...CRJ1000...

FWIW, I doubt the CRJ-1000 will ever be sold in significant numbers in the US. Scope is finally being taken seriously at mainline MECs and in other parts of the world it's just a different story.
But It think it is kind of ugly and that alone is reason for it not to ever be let loose on the flying public. Oh, and the claustrophobic, cramped cabin for 100 passengers!!

Maybe it's a screw-up due to the integration, but I saw a flight MEM-STL showing a CRJ-1000 on the route on Delta.com just now....I think it's actually a CRJ-200 (I think)....but apparently it is in "the system" to have RJ-1000s as a possible fleet type....
Scared the crap out of me...let's hope it never happens...

That's what I mean. A CRJ-100000 can't be flown at U.S regional right now because of scope. No need to be scared, just like 2012 is a myth.

I was looking at a set of flights I have booked in about a month and all the regional versions had crj 1000. I know by looking at which regional was flying, what they had on that route, so it seems to be a cacth-all.

Isn't there an airline where the schedulers are a bit of a jokesters and they occasionally put random/unrealistic aircraft on the crew assignments? I thought I read about that awhile back and it might have been Eagle.
