We will see, Eagle management has made it fairly clear they are aware there is a shortfall of qualified pilots. I do not think they will get rid of the staffing on hopes someone else has it. Worst thing that could ever do is come up short on people to move the people.

It seems you have accepted the idea that one individual, with 1 year of seniority, speaks for 3000 pilots of one of the most 'senior' regional airlines. Do you also believe that Newt or Mitt speak for all conservatives? Just because you're the loudest, or make the most inflammatory statements, does not make you a spokesperson.

This is a pretty stressful time so why not try to be constructive. AMR is going to get additional regionals to provide lift. Eagle is either going to do whatever it takes or go the way of Comair.

AA also has it's hands full between holding the line on scope and watching out for the codeshare pitfalls.

I'm pretty far from carrying a backpack and I enjoy working with those very senior guys on the ATR in Miami.

So if the generalization crap could end I for one would appreciate it.

I like EL cause there is less drama than this site. Also a considerable number of check airman who are always glad to help answer questions.

I doubt the other player is interested in resting......it's not in his nature. At any rate, one has to consider exacty who "Eagle" is and what that "whatever" is in their minds.

You mean the APA, but understood. AMR is acting in THEIR best interest and long-term and in general, their best interest is VERY bad for this profession.

Again, try not to take my statements to the pair of squinty eyes under the dark bridge personally.

No, I think he thinks he speaks HERE for 3000 pilots. Of those at Eagle here on the forum though, he seem so get more support then criticism, thus what is one supposed to think ?

Besides, I said AFAIC. I was referring to my own perceptions, not claiming anything else. To do so, would simply make myself like him.

LOL !!!

There APPEARS to be less drama because most are on the same page on these issues and reinforce each other's dysfunctionality (a high-fiver's paradise too). When I left, I found it to be a cesspool of political and religious propwash hijacked by conservative agenda moderated by a meglomaniac.

YMMV.

I don't care who is talking by who in this forum. I don't care what wingtips, eaglefly or other person behind a computer says about EAGLE OR AA!!!! They don't represent me, and even ALPA just represent themselves (because all the MEC want is to get into AA even screwing the junior group).

I just keep seeing you guys fighting for Eagle and AA if they where the last company in the world. AA sucks, eagle sucks, regional sucks.

I just want to get out of this hole ASAP. Why? Because morale is very low, and all the people do is bash the problem to the other group. I'm usually a happy person, but all this **** is getting in my nerves.

I'm just tired of read 555 pages about the same stuff. It was more fun when everyone was asking questions about training, interviews, etc. Even talking about the stupid divestiture.

Can we just calm down and try to solve the stupid problem AMR is getting us?? Can't you guys see that this is what they want?? They want to **** the pilots so they can get what they want.... CHEAP FLYING and a lot of management BONUS!!!!!!!

Let's stay strong, even if is one list for both companies. Even if is means eagle get stapple at the end of the AA list, or DOH or getting scope relief so at least current AA pilots and young people like me (and yes, I'm young 25yrs only), starting in this ****ty company can stay with a job. I do have 550 guys below me after the next furlough, but is sad seeing people lose a job because management, AA and AE can't get their **** together.

ah those were the days. Sad thing is that was only about 4-5 months ago. Back then i was planning on upgrading in 3 years and being at AA by 6 years.
