Lynx killed off part 2

1. we dont have 12 year FOs and our pay scale only goes up to 4 years.
2. our contract was written and signed before a single jet over 50 seats was on property.
3. Almost the entire lynx group was hired after the most junior person on our list. So if given "date of hire" most would be at the bottom of the list regardless.
4. we have been told that 9 Lynx pilots (along with 27 midwest) have been hired and will be given "temporary seniority numbers (at the bottom)" until the SLI is complete and then have an "adjusted seniority number" when the arbitration is complete.

Jealousy is the root of all evil... although it is true, did you learn that from one of your fearless leaders company emails?

Is this at the Republic Airlines operation? Is this separate fron the hiring going on at Shuttle America? Do the Chitauqua pilots have the chance to bid on new openings at the other certificate holders? *** kind single seniority list is this?

No hiring going on. Just recalls. Recalls are now coming from the XY and Lynx guys now. We can move between certificates, but certain rules must be followed.

We did have some FO's that were furloughed from RAH that were called back. I hadn't heard of anyone going to RAH as a new hire (after they wanted a two year training contract?) but if they were hired I'm glad they found work.
