All you people who are ranting and raving on this board and the company board, are the same people you see taxiing fast, rushing to get to your next flight, rushing things to block out on time, not using the APU, not following the FOM, not writing things up at outstations (aka it happened on the way..we've all done it). Frankly, its all unsafe and unprofessional.

People continue to fly sick and fatigued (this will bite you..eventually)

Until this pilot group grows a pair (management has everyone running scared, pilot group is almost as bad as the FA's), what incentive does the Company have to negotiate? ZIP ZERO! You have to make them want to negotiate. We are our own worst enemy. Me monster's picking up open time at 200% - let them JA and EXT for it.

NO NUTS NO GLORY! Until we figure that out, dragging of the feet will continue.

As sad as it is you have a point. The amount of our pilots picking up opentime at 200% and braging about how they have 100 plus hours of credit is sickening. We will never get a TA with our current operations. We mights as well cuddle up with uncle Phil and his crooks and enjoy the extra credit hours. We don't write up ****! its always someone else's concern when we pull up to the gate. We are not a united pilot group, so why the hell do we expect the company to give us anything. They are getting what they want and that is to "divide and rule".

Two weeks ago I was beat down on reserve. This week? I've sat at home 3 1/2 days in a row. Apparently, the draconian sick policy/200% open time combo works. Now that the company knows this, any return to the former sick policy is pretty much shot. The guys picking up open time at 200% have zero room to complain about not having a contract.

Would I like more money? Sure, we all would. BUT, I'd rather have better QoL in legal terms more.
