Wrong. We have nobody with 30 years, nobody active anyway. Maybe one or two of the crusty old codgers in the training center might have that long. There are a few old PBA guys who were '83 hires and perhaps a few old Rocky Mountain guys. The vast majority of our list has < 15 years.

Put it this way, if you're a '98 hire or earlier at XJT, you're in the top 10% of the list. We're not a very senior company at all.
