Default Colgan Management: Be Accountable!

How can employees be held accountable, expected to meet deadlines, and go 'above and beyond' when management has proven again and again they can not lead by example? Is there a deadline they've met yet? Sad that this is seen as acceptable... Pathetic. All things equal, if the flight crews performed to the same standard, we'd all be looking for a new job. Well done MH

Rant over...

I agree, he should have been gone with TD and DB last week. Making lines for the northeast that is short 10 CA and overworking the IAH guys because of it. This is BS.

Thats one guy I'd like to see ride off into the sunset when this merger finally happens.

He's absolutely useless. I'd like to see him ride off into the sunset much sooner than the merger.

How can someone who has never been in the military be Commander In Chief?

I guess the new vacancy bid is out...

I think that there is something in the works in the Northeast if the lines are as undermanned as they appear. Not sure exactly what that is, but probably will make as many people happy as it will p**** off. Which is par for the course in a company that has been in almost constant change since PNCL, Inc. showed up.
