If both are unprofessional, both will most likely be getting a call from Pro Standards or possibly a carpet dance (if it is a serious issue).
If more PICs would start acting like old school Captains and buy the first round, much disgruntlement would be avoided.

We understand as an ALPA rep it is your duty to push the professionalism card, regardless of pilot nature. ALPA probably hoped USAir East and West pilots would be professionals, as well.

I'm no longer a rep... just a line pilot and dues paying alpa member.

Let's not forget that 17 -200s were transferred from 9E to XJ in 2007 because 9E pilots refused to sign the company's "last, best offer."

Rather than "lowering the bar" we gave up 17 planes, meaning there are now 100 more seniority numbers at XJ than 9E because 9E pilots refused to give in and sign a bad contract, even if it meant another airline growing at our expense.

Give it a rest, this is pointless and accomplishes nothing.

Then we raised your bar when you got on average a 17-19% pay raise and the Colgan guys got 27%+ with the new JCBA...oh and uh XJ...we averaged at 4%...who cares anyway, no one group is better than the other, there were benefits from all sides and if anyone on anyside thinks thats not the case, then you got issues...I'm gunna keep enjoying what I do for a living, because at the end of the day, I have a job...and I get paid to do what I love to do...

Seriously... who cares? this is one big ****ing match, people need to realize this is out of our hands and just get on with life, I'm sure Mr. Bloch already knows what he is going to do...let him make his decision and move on with it...
