From what we have now I will probably vote yes.

Looks a lot like what XJ already had, but there might still be enough improvement to vote for it.... go look at the table of who's getting direct rate increases though.. essentially 4 of the six categories of Mesaba pilots aren't getting much. The XJ jet Fo's get a rate increase, everyone else not alot. Huge raises for 9E and 9L, probably the best we'll do. Take it and run. Decent but hardly "industry leading"

First impression is, I love it, but I think CJC can get better pay. fix that and it would be a resounding he!! yes. I think it could get worked out. Therefore at first impression I vote NO.

Unfortunately I'm sure the smart people at PNCL figured out how to get 50.1% of the vote here.

Get this one in guys. The rates are a bit whacky, but the concepts in the other sections are nice. Work rules are more important coefficients in the equation than rates.

Maybe the vacation is better for XJ than it was, and perhaps the PBS is too (though I'm always skeptical of that voodoo) but otherwise looks alot like business as usual for XJ. Basically this IS everyone's section 6.... Unfortunately there's nothing that screams veto me... and for lack of horribly bad things, I would have to take it. (That's how low the bar is set on this one)

Not bad but I wouldn't be bragging about it leading the industry.

I like the language better than the payrates themselves especially the B scale on the saab for the colgan pilots. That definitely needs to be changed. At XJ we knew we weren't going to get a windfall, but what this does is go a long way to remove two inferior contracts and working conditions (9E & 9L) from the industry. I hope ASA/XJT are taking notes and do better than we did.

Any of you guys know why there is a difference between the "grandfathered" turboprop rates vs the non-grandfathered, and what does it even mean in the first place? There is a substantial difference for 2nd year pay between both, for example.

lots of good stuff, but i dont think the saab pay scales should be split, nor should 50 seat jet be more then 74 seat props, lots more q400s on the way, no new saabs on the way... and i think we can do better on that part.
