Absolute no vote here. It was a terrible idea to pay the Q at 50 seat rates back when that was being passed around as what was going to happen and to actually go several dollars an hour less is embarrassing. Every pilot should vote no to a 74 seat airplane getting 40 seat pay.
a definite no vote based on a contract you haven't even read yet....because your pay will only be a 20% increase for FO's on the Q and 10% for captains? seriously? nevermind the other piles of gold that the work rules will bring to Colgan....

We can't plan on having a "next time" (ask the 9E pilots about "the next time")

All we can plan on is what we get RIGHT now...a split rate on the SAABS and Q making less than a 50 seater?

NO!!!

9e and XJ folks, don't get too concerned about what the 9L people say. Even if every Colgan pilot votes "no", it will only take about 62% of each of your groups to ratify.

Seats x Range = Rate.

You want rates based on what Mesaba and Pinnacle bring to the party and then you want to fence them off.

I don't agree with the difference in payrates. However the only posts I've seen from you have been militant, and now that there is a TA in place you are saying it's not good enough, so forgive me if I don't hold much water to your opinion of the TA in front of us Axial.

I am a Colgan pilot and as of right now based on the information we have I am voting yes. I do not agree with the split saab rate but that is only a temporary problem.

It was explained to me that when a granfathered Saab FO upgrades he will go under the normal captain rate. Thus eventually the FO's will upgrade and there will be no more grandfathered FO's. Grandfathered CA's will remain but one would assume eventually the grandfathered CA's would want to move to a better paying aircraft or perhaps even get a job at a better airline...

The Q rates are acceptable to me. Yes I wish they paid more than the 50 seat jet however it is a HUGE improvement over what we have now.

Any Colgan pilot that votes no on this is totally off the rocker...

Haven't had the chance to read through the summary, can someone tell me if they have included COLA?? This is one of the most important things I will be looking for, I do not want history repeating itself.
