Dont forget to tell them about:
-The parent travel that is free on your airline as per your Contract.
-Buddy passes you recieve
-Priority passes (S2) that you get to go on vacation
-Great priority over others on your own aircraft
-Parent's priority (Obviously better than buddy passes
-Unlimited amount of trips to Europe and Asia
-ETC

:-D
Dont do it for the flight benefits...

lol Rama, on a serious note... I don't remember the email that was sent a while back regarding the travel benefits and the changes for 2011. I remember something about getting 6 Intl days instead of 3. Was there anything else?

Spouse and dependants fly free.
Only S3 priority on Pinnacle and Mesaba operated flights starting in January
S3C priority on everything else
Parents of employee (no in-laws) fly standby fare charge at god-awful priority
No sibling benefits
No buddy passes
No travel companions
No S2 priority
6 international days/year starting in January

And don't forget--management and many corporate employees DO get buddy passes, as verified numerous times by pilots and FA's nonrevving and being on the list with a "9E--Buddy"...

And also don't forget--management lies to us every time someone requests why we don't get buddy passes--"Delta said we couldn't have them...no one gets them." ORLLY?????

Good luck getting enough time off or having enough money to ever travel anywhere.

Isn't it funny now you aren't able to see what airline buddy pass riders are affiliated with?

Even then you have to find a flight that isn't oversold to the point of people cutting each other to get a seat.

I hesitate to even call them "benefits."

I guess technically they are "various non-wage compensations provided to employees in addition to their normal wages or salaries," however, the value of them is near zero if you can't use them. Sorta like saying "Well, we'll give you a villa in south France that you can use whenever you want," but I don't have time to go or even a key to get in.
