Company just posted a need for 86 capt upgrades! Finally some movement around these parts.

If I get a job at Great Lakes and upgrade in 12 months, do I stand a better chance at DAL than being a third year FO at RAH? I don't care about first year pay.

Quick Upgrade is all it matters. Apparently he doesn't care about pay, benefits, etc. We don't need more people like him in this industry.

I just want to fly 121 as soon as I can so I can gain experience. Why don't airlines need people like me when it's already full of people like me?

I'm not sure I can honestly answer that. PIC Turbine is good, but it's likely DAL would be interested in swept wing jet time too.
