No I do care how long it takes I would like to upgrade when I turn 23. ... But at this point I just care about getting through class and being a FO the rest will come when the time is right, I have no control over it

Vacancies cant cause musical chairs (well unless people want to play)...only realignments and displacements can cause involuntary musical chairs....but same idea
