That's an incredible number. Could be difficult obtaining that many.

Latest I heard today was 70 a month through the summer but then 60 a month for the rest of the year.

Good luck with that.

Would SkyWest make you do the 50 questions ATP written test if you have your ATP written already expired?. Also I don't have much of recency time on a multi engine, the price to rent a twin is around $300hr+tax with an instructor for the first 15hrs just to rent it by myself. I have recency time on a single engine instrument current. Any suggestion from skywest folks? I've been furloughed 1year and I was consirering applying there. sorry if my post is out of this topic.

I know when I was going to interview 4 years ago they wanted 30 hours multi in the last 90 days. I went another 5000 in debt to get it and then got a job flying chieftains, wasted 5000$. I have no idea if they still want that, or if it's a good idea to buy the tie if they do want it. If you were a RJ fo before then I would apply, i don't think they'll care about the multi time if you have RJ time.

Thank You Newty, and yes I have CRJ time, but still unsure about expired ATP written. I guess I have to take it again. Is all new hires are going to the EMB120 or CRJ? Im not chasing a regional for being home based, everythig can be changed, but how junior IAH base is? are they planning to put more CRJ7/200? that would be perfect fit for me. Thanks in advance.

Think there is one more bro class and the rest in the crj. With the rumors of downsizing ord and iah getting 300+ crews, and current bid awards the most junior bases are iah/msp/ord. Obviously things could change. As for the written, over prepare like you will have to take it regardless, if you don't before retaking it then so be it. Apply and try to get on before the possible summer of 60+ per class.

CRJ7Driver, I was not multi current and had barely flown in the past year, but my previous CR7 time helped me. I wouldn't worry to much, just apply and see what happens. How much CRJ time do you have?

You should be able to get an interview no problem. At that point the job is yours to lose. If hired getting IAH won't be a problem either.

Heard the same thing. 70 is the goal but in reality they are getting 50-60 but this is what happens when you wait until the last possible minute to hire.
