It truly is a different company culture vs. the other regionals I have interviewed/worked with. They have high standards in regards to professionalism.
CR7Driver, if you get an opportunity to interview at SKW, bring your A game, I know you are more than capable since you already have 121 experience. I understand this is just an online forum, but in reality this is also a professional pilot networking tool. Use it to your advantage, and start building a well rounded reputation. You never know when you could use a reference in the future.

The culture here has been noticeably different than at other regionals that I have been at. I won't say it's perfect and everything is all roses, but it has been surprisingly well organized, relatively speaking of course. They definitely expect you to be the constant professional.

Hey Guys-
Side question now...this is my first rodeo, so to speak...I'm heading off to training in a few weeks, and I just had a general question about what to bring, by way of materials. Obviously, I plan to bring such items as referenced on the class invite email, but aside from that, I was thinking of things like blank flash cards, note pads, clip board, etc. But how about any reference books? Should I be bringing things like the FAR/AIM? Or do you know if they will provide all the literature that one would be expected to study/test on?
Thanks guys!

Just bring pens, pencils, highlighters, and note cards(if you want). Either way come to class with a good attitude, study hard, ask questions, and have fun.
First day of class you will get all the study material they want you to look at. They give you a notepad for notes, crj/emb poster, sop, etc...

Hey Thanks a bunch guys!
I heard about those tests too! I know the brain is going to be working overtime.
Also, for the business casual dress, are you guys finding Polo's to be ok? Or are long sleeve collars more appropriate?

Polos and slacks are fine. You'll need a white shirt and black tie for the second day when they take your photo for your crew ID, but other than that it's business casual.
