Received a fedex from PDT saying "Thanks but no Thanks"

and a Letter from American Eagle Stating:

So.. My question is , should I sell hot dogs at the ball park or newspapers on the side of the road?
Currently have 805 / 125 M.E Turbine
4 year degree in Aviation Management
I know what is killing me is 2 failed multi checkrides ( one on the instrument portion ) and one CFI Initial . Just venting . Good luck guys!

Keep your head up. Something will all in place for you. Nearly all of the regionals are hiring right now, but the one i work at. Keep your eyes open and things will fall your way. Unless your a total D-bag but I doubt that.

I would guess that with your relatively low time and 2 failed checkrides a red flag pops up for HR..... It is basically reading: Captain will have to babysit right seater......
You may be a good overall pilot and just had a couple of bad days, but unfortunately you're up against guys with more time and less bad days....

Honestly if you aren't too old you may want to considder switching to the ATC side. You will make more money and have better QOL, plus the experience you already have will do nothing but benefit you. Like it or not, gov't jobs are where it's at right now, especially if you don't think austerity is coming our way. But, if you're just hell-bent on taking it up the rear for the next 30 years try Commutair, they'll take anyone!
