That sucks bro, I've gotten one of those in my search for a job and it hurts. That is interesting that as hurting for qualified canidates as airlines are, three of them turn you around out the door. Any other marks on your record besides the failures? I've heard of a few people getting hired with 2 failures earlier when mins were 1000TT, and the CFI initial is a very commonly failed.

If I read the OP correctly you have a total of three failed checkrides and only 800hrs, and weren't invited to any interviews. You just have to keep getting more hours and don't fail anymore checkrides. Instruct for another year and get an ATP on your own, if something else doesn't come along before then.
At this point the airlines are looking for someone they think will make it through their training program. The three failures stand out too much.

Honestly if you aren't too old you may want to considder switching to the ATC side. You will make more money and have better QOL, plus the experience you already have will do nothing but benefit you. Like it or not, gov't jobs are where it's at right now, especially if you don't think austerity is coming our way.
Though, to address the OP, you just gotta fly more, man. There's a boom right now, but in the very recent past 800 hours wouldn't have even been enough to get a rejection letter, they'd just toss your resume out. It sucks but you have to be patient. Get another 200-700 hours and you'll stand a much better chance. There's also good flying beyond the regionals if you get a little more time.

I don't see 2 failures being the deciding factor, 3 would would be a different story. I think you just had some bad luck. Keep applying and go to a recruiting event. From reading the boards it seems hiring isn't as fierce as it was a month or two ago, or so many have gotten hired there is no one is left to blog. For all the hiring going on these boards aren't as active as they were in 2008. I think the activity on these boards tell part of the looming "shortage" story.

Guys to clarify I do have three. Not proud of it but its reality. Failed a multi private, commercial multi ( instrument portion ) and CFI initial. I did have an interview with PDT and I felt all went well. They hired guys who had less then 350TT and 25 Multi ( many who I know personally).. The 1500 Hour / 200 Hour minimum with them is not at all the case.
