It's easy to be a d**k when you are not the last guy to get his schedule. Neither the company NOR the union really care about the process they created --- or they would do something about it - the same excuse time after time is equivalent to saying "we don't give a crap".

It's easy to yell from the bleacher section too....This PBS system is very complicated compared to our old system and compared to other PBS systems...It is tilted far in our favor as pilots...BOTH sides have a balancing act and it isn't as simple as some think.

Listen, I know I won't convince many of you naysayers, but honestly, if I wasn't happy here, I would leave....There is no reason to stay unhappy...Find that green grass...

CRJ-200 Capt? Obviously your a self-centered prick. You don't care about anyone else but yourself. As long as your not having a problem, who cares?

For those that don't know, CRJ-200 Captains have already received their schedules. Actually, CRJ-200 FO's are they only people that get hosed every month.

Not much I can do about the company, because they obviously will not ever care about us. However, I hope the Expressjet union guys are good... Because they will get my votes without ever meeting them. I will not vote for any former ASA rep.

A coin flip? Really?

Let me preface by saying I am also waiting on my schedule.

Please talk to some of your reps, call/email as many people as possible. The reason the awards are delayed is because the Union is busting their ass to give the -200 FOs the best month possible.

School yourself man. Without the handful of guys running these awards on behalf of the Union, the company would be ******ing us from every direction.

No, not a self-centered prick, just tired of people like you attacking the ALPA reps that are right now trying to get the best possible schedule for YOU...You obviosly don't understand how this process works, and you attacked the very people that are trying to make the best schedules possible.....ALPA could have allowed the schedules to be released on time, but the results would have been worse..Is that what you want?

I've simply lost my patience with people like you....Find someplace that makes you happy....

14th - 20th. Almost a week to get awards out? And they still can't do it on time. Whether or not they are trying help us 'improve our schedule' is irrelevant, its been almost 6 months since PBS rolled out.

There are plenty of other companies out there with PBS. I do not see them upset about getting late awards every month. Maybe perhaps they are just so passive, not to say anything, and are content with their contracts being walked over. Perhaps they would rather be quiet and take it in the butt while looking for a new job, then stand up and say(do) something about it.

This shows just how ignorant you are...You do realize that we have the most pilot friendly PBS out there?...More so than Delta and Contintental...You do realize that YOUR reps have more power than other reps when it comes to running the solutions? You do realize that it would be much easier for your reps to actually just allow the results to come out on time? I bet you don't even know the names of your reps....I bet you don't even know the difference between an LEC and an MEC....I bet you've never even been to an LEC meeting....

Call you mom...maybe she cares....

Joe, you really are a d**k. Get a beer and chill out - your arrogance is obvious and obnoxious.
