Through the grapevine, I have heard that there are a handful of NON-MOU pilots who have had their DOH altered by as much as 8 months from the certified list. As I understand it, Mesaba and Colgan merger committees have both disputed this. There is no timeline whatsoever for a list.

The consequences of intentionally altering DOH of anyone has some pretty serious legal implications...
Speed reading the last couple of pages has me wondering where some of you come up with the time to rant and rave over PURE speculation on a few individuals' public forum posts? Contrary to popular belief, these boards are historically a poor source of accurate information. We can all keep dreaming up spectacular scenarios with all sorts of conspiracies... OR, we can sit back (read bend over) and wait for the list to be released.
Until then, it doesn't matter what's said here...it will change nothing, and will only serve to create a more hostile environment when the dust settles. I'm sure the majority of folks on all three certificates share similar feelings. There's no doubt we're all frustrated in some way with how this has played out. Anyway, for those of you on here that need it, here you go...

You have already heard their defense, they blamed it on the ccompany. Do you believe that? Also, why is it that no one from 9E has yet to deny that they are trying to use the Delta gate swap this late in the game to their advantage?

DMEarc is one of the only people on here that is actually giving out real info people.
I was able to talk to someone close to the situation this morning and that's the same story I got.
Not just a few people, but over 100 9E guys with shifted DOH over 8 months.
And they said Bloch was mad as hell!

Gate swap has not been brought to evidence although is known to all. No new evidence is being presented. The company made a few errors but the actual list "dispute" is because the company actually complied with the contract and made the pinnacle correction in accordance with LOA 2. Now XJ has been crying foul because they want us to use checkride date instead of class date. What we did (company and committee) is 100% in line with the JCBA and puts all 3 groups on exactly the same page.

So some guys waited 8 months for their checkrides? I've heard of backed up training departments but geez.
