Better settle in guys, looks like it's going to be a long one...
"All, a few minutes ago I got off the phone with Mr. Bloch (the ALPA email server is down) and asked if we should expect the Decision this week. He advised me that he is still working on the dispute that has been raised and that he will have a better idea tomorrow."

The irony in all of this mess is the guy responsible with coming up with a "fair and equitable" solution has lied to us three times. How is he still a credible arbitrator? Preceding your own self imposed deadlines with an "at the earliest" or the even more fashionable "in a best case scenario" would have made all the difference. You would think a lawyer would be familiar with these simple techniques.

I do not know why everyone waits on bated breath for the decision, you all are just driving yourselves mad. Relax and get back to what matters in life and let the process run its course. Ironic also because the decision will most likely upset more than its fair share, why want the headaches in our lives?

I'm fairly certain that saying you are going to do one thing and then doing something else is the exact definition of lying. What would you call it? I don't care if the decision comes out in October, I was just pointing out the irony. It is hard to be creditable when you fail to follow up on your word three different times.
