DOH CLEARLY has something to do with his award. Sorry 9L.

Update from the Colgan Air Merger Committee
This morning Arbitrator Bloch requested an updated seniority list from each airline’s merger committee. He advised us that he requires this information because he intends on releasing the new integrated seniority list along with his arbitrated decision. Your Merger Committee submitted the updated Colgan Air seniority list to Mr. Bloch at 9:30 am this morning. It is our understanding that as of now, Mr. Bloch now has all of the requested information from all three airlines.
We realize that this process may seem never ending; however we are in the final stages. Mr. Bloch’s decision is complete and the extra time needed to include an integrated seniority list, with the decision, is worth the small amount of extra time needed.
We will update you as soon as a decision is released.

And there is no mention of 9E changing their list.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED:
1. The PCL MEC, MSA MEC and CJC MEC acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes an agreement among them pursuant to Part 2C 1 of ALPA Merger Policy (Merger Policy) for an alternative process for negotiating a Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA) and seniority list integration (SLI). Except as provided by this Agreement, Merger Policy shall be applicable.
2. Each MEC will designate up to three negotiating committee members to serve on the Joint Negotiating Committee (JNC) to negotiate a transition agreement and Joint Collective Bargaining Agreement (JCBA), including provisions as to acceptance by management of an integrated seniority list. The President will be requested to waive the requirement for three negotiating committee members from each pilot group for an MEC that desires two instead.
3. Each MEC will promptly establish MEC Merger Committees (consisting of at least two but not more than four merger representatives) for the purpose of concluding a single integrated seniority list (ISL) for the PCL/MSA/CJC pilots under the terms of this Agreement and ALPA Merger Policy.
4. Compilation, verification, certification and exchange of employment data for their pilots for the Seniority List Integration (SLI) process shall commence promptly and be conducted in accordance with Parts 3.C2 and 3.C3 of Merger Policy, modified as follows:
a. PCL/MSA/CJC MEC merger representatives will agree on the employment data to be compiled (e.g., name, EE number, seniority number, DOH, DOB, Equipment/Status/AC/Domicile, furlough time, leaves of absence. etc.). Merger representatives may agree that certain leaves of absence do not have meaning in the SLI process and can be excluded from the compilation.
b. MEC merger representatives will internally compile their respective pilot group's employment data, distribute the information to each of their pilots for confirmation, and resolve any individual pilot disputes, prior to November 22, 2010.
c. Certified seniority lists will be exchanged on or about November 29, 2010.
d. The certified seniority lists will be modified to reflect changes in individual pilot employment data prior to the completion of the SLI process or submission of issues for a final and binding Arbitration Award.

From the process agreement:
K. Integrated Seniority List (ISL). The seniority lists of the Pinnacle, Mesaba, and Colgan pilots will be integrated pursuant to the protocol attached hereto as Attachment B. The Pinnacle, Mesaba and Colgan MECs will complete the seniority list integration process so that the ISL will be established, either by agreement or through arbitration, no later than 135 days after a full language tentative JCBA has been reached, subject to such additional time as may be required by sections 7b and 7c of Attachment B and modest changes in schedule approved under section 12 of Attachment B.
L. Acceptance of the Integrated Seniority List. Subject only to the conditions stated below, Pinnacle, Mesaba and Colgan will accept the ISL reached pursuant to the attached protocol and incorporate the ISL in the JCBA. The ISL shall only have prospective effect and shall not be implemented prior to the JCBA. Specifically, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following conditions shall apply:
1. There shall be no “system flush” whereby a pilot may displace another pilot from the latter's position as a result of the implementation of the ISL or the implementation or expiration of any conditions or restrictions; and
2. Pilots on furlough status at the time the ISL is implemented may not bump or displace pilots in active status at that time; and
3. Pilots who, at the time of the Integrated Seniority List, are in the process of completing or who have completed qualification training for a new position (e.g. CRJ 900 CA or Q-400 F/O) will be deemed to occupy the position for which they are being or have been trained, regardless of their relative standing on the ISL.
M. Information for Seniority List Integration. Subject to the execution of appropriate Confidentiality Agreements and legal requirements, Pinnacle, Mesaba and Colgan will promptly provide the MECs with reasonably requested employment or other data and information for the purpose of integrating the seniority lists. Any data or information provided to one MEC shall simultaneously be provided to both other MECs.

It's not changing the list. It's making the list equal to how 9L and XJ do their lists. Why should the 9E guys get punished because they didn't have a hire date until they passed checkride.

JCBA Transition LOA 2.V
V. Pinnacle Pilots' Date of Hire Correction
A Pinnacle Pilot who is hired prior to February 18, 2011 shall have his date of hire
adjusted to the first day such Pilot commenced training, however, the pilot's longevity
date shall not be adjusted.
In writing and agreed upon "unanimously" by all 3 MEC's and by overwhelming majority of ALL pilots.

And why bring this up now, at the end of the end of the end? Our side did this from the very beginning. I remember back in the fall they had us all verify our information showing that our class date and our new seniority date matched up. XJ has had that list all along with our adjusted DOH's.
