I'd love to see how much difference that even makes.. maybe moves a few people 10 people either way. I'm sick of the fighting. Pinnacle says this, Mesaba says that, Colgan says whatever. I don't want to screw anybody, are there scenarios that are more of a windfall to me personally? Yes. Do you see me telling everyone which way it should go? No. Because my opinion doesn't matter, it will be whatever Bloc wants whenever he's good and ready to tell us. Let's just all be adults, stop arguing whatever will be best for us personally and just wait.
Now if anyone wants to b*^%$ about this thing dragging out forever and being promised it'll be done on day X... count me in, I'm ready for it to be over!

And why bring this up now, at the end of the end of the end? Our side did this from the very beginning. I remember back in the fall they had us all verify our information showing that our class date and our new seniority date matched up. XJ has had that list all along with our adjusted DOH's.
looks like the XJ guys are just trying to delay this even longer,,I am a fourlough from XJ on the 9E list and this upsets me. Why do this now.

Without following the agreed terms of LOA 2 in the 2011 CBA an ISL award based on date of hire will potentially reorder the PMPCL list. This is due to fact that for a period of time at PMPCL the company issued date of hire was effective on completion of the initial check ride. These were not scheduled in seniority order and seldom were done that way.
This would be the first time in history that reordering of a PM SL would occur due to a ISL award.
I would hope that was the reason why the three MECs thought about this when they added that language to LOA 2.

The way I understand it, no one will be senior to anyone that you are junior to on your own list.
If 9E uses their initial class date, this is precisely what would happen.
