Hey, if you're gonna get screwed no matter what, may as well just go ahead and get it over with

If that's the case, 9E would have to use initial class date for DOH because any other date would change 9E seniority order within their current list.

And that can't happen according to ALPA Merger Policy documentation.
That's exactly the point, the 99' contract DID have us gain a seniority number on Day 1 of class and was used for the "probation period" but the company seniority list utilized the DOH as checkride even though they may be slightly off, but actual seniority numbers are correct. Not even sure if that is the issue or just 3 pages of APC discussion.

Mesaba's already disputed something before anything is even out? I have a feeling this is about the current Mesaba furlough pilots on Pinnacle's list, and the Mesaba furlough MOU with Pinnacle is coming into play. What is going on?

No kidding, I just want to know how far I'm going to get bumped down in my seat and equipment.

I said this on the last page. My guess is that Mesaba is arguing that the people who are flying at Pinnacle and Colgan shouldn't be counted as furloughed when the final list is constructed.
