If RAH doesn't own a majority stake in Frontier, what does that mean for RAH's pilot's scope. Do the lists still need to be merged? Are the pilots basically just giving up some stuff in their contract in trade for staying a separate list?

FAPA thinks this will put off integration, however the proposed sale of equity wouldn't be in place until 2014. Our scope would be enforced. Once the union election is over in a few weeks it should all but end this. Frontier pilots are hopefully not shortsighted enough to vote for this.

Frontier pilots are really a bunch of morons. If they would have went with Southwest, this would have never happened. Frontier will be lucky to even exist in the next few years.
Better to be at the bottom of the list at Southwest than the top of the list at Republic.
