I agree, but the I'm pretty sure the cap is not met, and therefore fence is closed for now. 9Es is open due to increased staffing required under JCBA which obviously happened after July 1st snapshot.

Which will then open up the positions the XJ guys were originally in. They'll probably be filled with Saab captains. Those saab captain spots will be filled with saab FOs. The saab FO spots will be filled with....... 9E captains?

Yea and the lifers here stayed at the top, the rest of us are F'd.
I went from 900 captain at 40% on the list to basically treated as a top 900 FO and put at 50% of the merged list. I will either be on reserve til I quit working here or will be forced to downgrade and likely quit before getting back into the left seat.
