It seems like if you are junior your bonus will be NOTHING.... it all gets calculated based on the longer you've been here and the more you've made on your W2 the more you get. So good luck to all junior guys. And btw your furlough doesn't count towards calculating your bonus so you can take those 2 years out. And yet they still call it a SIGNING BONUS, so if you are junior your vote is worth about 10% of the senior guy. Our union doesn't care about junior guys (except your dues). We are talking here 7-8K to senior guys and less then 1K to junior guys (junior meaning 2 or 3 years of seniority without the furlough). Make sure yo ask bunch of questions at the road shows and make a good decision when you vote.

That sounds about rights, figuring that ALPA brags about saving 100 eagle jobs, while causing 100 furloughs at TSA. Im sure ALPA figures since all of us that were furloughed are used to almost loosing our houses, hardly able to feed our kids, we dont need any extra money. THANKS ALPA. Where is my retro pay for contract delay.
