New contract coming in the next 6 months or so...maybe it will reflect a current state of the industry. 30'something an hour reflects the way that life was in 2003. I think things are different now...I don't think that that will pass again considering that there are FO's with the company have been here longer than the 3 or 4 years now. It's safe to say that people will continue to talk crap about us. But its hard to believe that this company will continue to pay the way that it has for the past 8 years, considering that even Colgan is making more money than us...it's a joke. Things will change. And if it doesn't...free free to talk crap, but do me a favor and go somewhere else to do it. For those who are at the company, you know what you signed on for....and if you don't...Wallmart will hire you too....quit complaining. I hope the IBT will do something for us.

I don't think the Lynx, Midwest and Frontier pilots signed on to be employed by a bottom feeder replacement airline. When they agreed to work for their companies they agreed to provide labor for a company who treated them with respect and human decency, not the a abusive company run by megalomaniacs.

No kidding, These lynx guys talk crap about CHQ's contract which coincidentally has 37 seat rates that are greater than the lynx 70 seat rates. The only people that got #@$% by this whole thing were the midwest guys.

I don't see BB paying anywhere near our rates. I hope I'm wrong for the good of the industry.
