You don't have to be senior to have 15+ days off in DTW. I'm a 2/28/11 new hire and I have 18 days off next month. It's all about how you bid.

Nope. I don't let it get that far. After giving suggestions when I see they are getting behind the A/C and can't recover, I say "My controls." They know when they F it up. We talk about it. They learn. It's why they pay us more to wear that extra stripe.
