I'm not sure I buy that. The way it's been explained to me, and inferred in JNC emails, is that each section needs to be completed and approved by the MECs before it enters negotiations.

Did you guys get a different emails than us? Because I don't see the scheduling section approved by the MECs. But like I said, there are other sections of scheduling that can be approved and negotiated before the decision on what type of line bidding or PBS or hybrid system is made. And my understanding is that is the last issue to be decided between the MECs in the scheduling section.

Its official. I'm voting no on any PBS. I just got the shaft, again. PBS is garbage. And another thing, how can the bottom of the window be 85 hours when our guarantee is 75? That just doesn't make sense to me.
