This place has started to slide downhill real fast. I used to feel at least okay about working here, now I'm just embarrassed in our operation. It's only March, summer is coming.

Its hard to believe the CRJ side is this far apart from the ERJ side. We generally take pride in running a good operation. I dunno if this is an indication of where we're heading, but if thats the case I would have rather just taken our chances and gone out of business if it came to that.

At American Airlines, pilot suicides have seen a dramatic uptick since the airline declared bankruptcy in November of 2011. We have confirmed reports that there have been 18 attempted suicides and 9 suicides among American’s pilots in just ninety days as the company attempts to scrap all pay and work-rule agreements through the bankruptcy process. The flight attendants have lost close to 20 of their colleagues to suicide in the last year.
