Express Jet Question
#41
2 weeks or so ago I heard directly from the gentleman that schedules new hire classes, that there are 2 classes in april, 3 in may, and they will be all caught up, and by the time the may new hires get on line will be just in time for the drop of block hours for the fall. take it for what it is worth. Maybe hiring won't stop, but it is slowing down it seems. Not nearly the 5-600 they told us about at the start of training, or interview.

Indication that it may be getting harder to find 1200 hour-applicants willing to work for these wages. What will happen at 1500h remains to be seen...

Wow, really? as an ASA pilot this is the first I have heard... They offered COMA's for May so that is kind of confusing... No one at ATech has mentioned anything as to hiring on our side... It isn't surprising to me that we would find out via web boards of people not working for the company yet.. par for the course i suppose
