Skywest wanted Horizon, Mesa, XJ planes but not the pilots. XJ didn't pan out. They did get Horizons jets without the pilots and Mesa's flying without the pilots.

Makes me want to leave.

This thread is all doom and gloom.... And picking on Shyguy. I mean the dude's direct, but I've never read anything with him directly putting anyone down. Just speaks his mind.

No one has a clue what's happening on April 2nd. And there most likely won't be an announcement before then.

So if the Colgan unit gets sold, which pilots go with em?

PRobably the Q400 trained guys. Why take guys without the rating and time in aircraft?

Personally cause I have good friends who work for Colgan, but if they get sold, Colgan pilots should be the ones to get cut, they came to this deal with a poor product that doesn't make money, why should pinnacle pilots suffer because of their poor previous agreements ? Again I hope this doesn't happen but a furlough of pinnacle pilots would be totally insane in my book. I am not trying to say this cause I am a 9e guy, it just wouldn't make sense.

Last I checked your awesome CEO made it so Colgan couldnt make money. ISL or not Trenary screwed everyone in some way or another thus making everyone a part of it.

Just flew in to YYZ on a DH and saw 3Qs parked outside Downsview airport. One was painted white and red, one seemed not to be painted, and the third was white with a blue tail. That being said, we are not the only ones flying Qs with blue tails.

And for those that think they know what is going to happen realize that we only have 10% of the information we need to make such statements as, "The Colgan side will be eliminated" or "SkyWest is buying us".
