Last I checked we had over 1800 pilots on the Pinnacle side of things. Thats 600 more than we've been operating with since I got here 5 years ago. We are NOT short pilots because of lack of numbers, we are short pilots because of the royal fluster cuck 11-09 is.

So the CFO leaves, they give menke and another guy a raise to do his (CFO's) job. Now they promote someone to do the CFO's job, with out the title....nice one guys.

I thought that was funny too. Last night and this morning i had to do dispatches job and partially a few others job. So i think i should get a 60% pay raise. I am sure everyone out there has a story or 2 just like this. It is called doing our job and doing what we have to in order to get things done. I believe the CEO's job includes running a successful company and whatever it might take to do that.

Nothing like calling Dispatch to get and alternate added to the release, when within the releases own wx, it shows we need one....

i dont even bother calling anymore, just a single acars is all they get from me. they can do the math and figure out why the plane isnt moving on their own.
