They are rescinding many of the involuntary furloughs, but that isn't to say that they won't have to furlough anyone in December. It all depends on what happens.
The other side is that Delta signed a TA, and in that TA they require a reduction in the number of 50 seat RJ's from the current 311 to maximum of 125.

That means they wouldn't fall under the auspices of the TA because the wording is for "subsidiaries". As a wholly owned subsidiary they can circumvent the current wording in the TA.
