Reserve here is a world of pain. Almost all reserve periods regardless of base are 0400-1600. If they need you at 1900hrs they'll call you during RSV and put you "back on rest" with a new show time and a reset of your 16hr look back clock. If not, they'll deadhead you someplace and dhd you back so you can begin your actual assignment after 1600hrs.

Are they firm on the 200 multi requirement? What if someone had 120 (ish) multi but over 1000 turbine single (PC12).
