Awesome.......:D:D

This was the case with most of the regionals in the ATL job fair; long line out of the door for Spirit and crickets for the regional airlines.
This is at the time that Colgan/PNCL are losing people and Skywest is hiring bunch..

On the other hand, they will not have a hard time finding people to apply for regionals conventional way (ie through the websites) . That $5000 signing bonus is pretty good for a first year RJ FO as well.

What's the junior base for the S5 side? Are the trips commutable out of said base? How about CMH. What's the DOH for the junior lineholder in ORD?

Thanks

IND and CMH and sometimes LGA go to new hires. All the pairings start early and end late out of said bases (out station bases yay!). ORD junior line holder is about 2 years in.

My DOH is 4/18/11 and I seem to be bouncing between a crappy line and reserve. I am currently 10 from the bottom in ORD if that helps. ORD is VERY senor but because of that there are slowly but surely guys getting upgrades to the Q or the 145 so life is slowly improving. Over the summer there were guys coming out of class going to IND and CMH but they soon moved to ORD so I would say the most Jr guy in ORD is around a June 12 hire. Don't count on ORD and you won't be disappointed! As of right now I don't see too many new hires going to S5...the Q is more of a priority for HR.

I just don't see how they expect to hire this many applicants. If they are having troubles now what are they going to do in 6 months?

You're not the only one wondering that...

I'm raising the b.s. flag on this one. According to wikipedia, Republic hasn't been around since Northwest purchased them in 1986:

On October 1, 1986, Northwest merged with Minneapolis-St. Paul-based Republic Airlines in what was, at the time, the largest airline merger in history.
I think whoever started this thread is a troll with LOTS of flame bait.
