I had to decline the position becuase they were hiring for the Nov. 28th class which was not enough time for my current employer. As far as time, I only have 630TT with 105 multi, however i have 30 hrs of DHC6 (twin otter) time which i think was a big advantage.
I wasnt able to meet anyone there because the flight they booked me on was delayed in PHL for over an hour. I didnt show up to flight safety till 1230.

Just curious, what did you think of the whole thing?

hey man i told them it wasn't enough time for mine either so they bumped me to jan 8th in the saab, I'm sure they could do the same for you. I thought the whole thing was very professional and it seems like a great place to be. I know a lot of people are "jet-crazy" right now and by all means, jets are sweet! But I also think that there is a lot of fun and good experience in flying a turboprop and I really wouldn't mind getting some experience under my belt. The sim was awesome, it was intimidating at first, but hey, if you can fly instruments an airplane is an airplane right? anyways did they give you the option for january 8th or did you just leave after you declined it? whatever happens best of luck, feel free to PM me anytime.

For the guys that just interviewed,

How difficult would you say the interview was and do you think it was as hard as the CFI checkride in terms of material covered. I know some guys that had 7 hour orals for their CFI, so I'm trying to get a good feel for what I should expect If I apply there.

Talking

The Colgan interview is not that bad Personality plays big with the. Wear a suit be polite and act like you never ever want to fly a jet. I had a guy in my interview who was absolutely horrible in the SIM, I mean bad and even he got the job so the SIM isnt that biga deal. They will try to intimidate you before the sim to, i remmeber Cathy saying "You don't have much recent multi time so you are really going to have to nail the sim" Well I did nail it but don't let that psych you out. Its not a hard interview

What about the HR questions? How do you answer some of those "Captain is .....?" questions?

Captains going below mins without the runway in sight what do you do?

don't argue with him, just call the tower and tell them you're going missed, then its the captains fault if he lands
