Well Joey, they will hire regardless, and people will post questions here trying to get on. So lets see.......I can start out the referral process and they will get invited for an interview (if they are what the company wants) now, or they can apply normally and wait however long till their app gets looked at. I see your point, but at the same time, $500 for helping someone who is going to do something anyway.......

Misguided rationalization. Sounds like the drug dealer who says he sells drugs only because, "if he doesn't do it, someone else will". Too funny. Actually predictable in your case Little Ricky, as you do the same thing with the name you constantly refer to me by. It isn't my name and I think you know that, but since RJ pilot says it is and he can't acknowledge his obsession, you rationalize that it must be true.

Perhaps you could indeed start a website........or maybe it would be easier to do your business on a street corner in downtown Miami with the other rationalizers ? ;)

......except unlike Jack Kavorkian who never charged for his services, the guy mixing the IV bag here gets $500. Only a silly pilot would do this. Sadly, silly pilots don't realize that as they stack the bodies and their payoffs higher, the pile of bodies eventually falls over on THEM and they become a victim of their own scheme.

I'll answer you, then you answer me.

First, it negatively affects ALL pilots in the profession when pilots assist their own management in solving their staffing needs when that management has a long history of manipulating you and taking advantage at every opportunity. Staffing needs deficient because it is managment that has chosen to destroy acceptable compensation in the first place and outsource your work. It weakens us ALL. I suppose next, they'll ask you to assist RAH in working the gates at ORD on your between flight breaks until they are up to speed. I'm sure you'd do that too. :cool:

Second, if I was interested in a management position, don't you think my statement (the one you attack) would be exactly the opposite of what I would advocate ? If that were my goal, I'd be advocating FOR you to assist in recruiting at your carrier. :rolleyes:

Now that we've established you're so clueless as you cannot even correctly decipher the most basic of my posts, could you explain why you keep referring to me as "Joey" or "JJ" when you've been told countless time you're incorrect ?

If you can't or won't explain that, perhaps you can provide an accurate foundation as to why you believe I am this person ?

This is just all for show! They are trying to keep everyone's attention somewhere else while they carefully execute their master plan of eliminating or slowly giving away eagle's flying. Your union and company is keeping your hopes up that there will be something good that will happen at eagle all the while they are obviously doing something else. They have done this before....give bonus etc etc and then after they've figured out what the real plan was they cancelled classes! Don't fall for it again.....but hey while its going might as well take that $500 bucks! If there was really a good plan for eagle....we'll I guess you guys will find out very soon. I hope your company grows and set the standard for all the regional pilots. At this point there is really no other regional that's at the point of "make or break" situation. good luck !!!
