AA could do the same thing, but reward large RJs to other carriers while parking a larger number of Eagle ERJs
Didn't AA just get scope relief for more, larger, regional planes?

Yeap, lock this thread until it becomes true., like all the rest have.
All expected, predictable changes of "diversifying" feed. Doesn't mean L-Eagle will vaporize. A smaller role and one among several, yes. I expect new aircraft for this carrier once bankruptcy is exited, but more will be removed then arrive. Normal attrition will occur with contraction.

I think some should come back in off the ledge.

dont feed him. He has been like this since I was hired over 2 years ago.

Dont skip Eagle because of all kinds of internet hysteria. It was the same crap two years ago when I was hired. It has worked out fine so far, and my seniority is the same as or better than it would be at RAH, Skywest, Expressjet. Better than if I had picked Colgan or PNCL. I also am about $25,000 richer over two years than if I had gone to RAH.

What are you smoking? It has gotten worst over the last 2years and more to come.

1.Eagle brand (skypest, Repubic, xjet, and one more to join the party)
2.Closure of LAX
3.Closure of SJU among with parking all ATR's
4.Currently parking ERJ's with NO replacements.
5.Yes Voters costing you pay.
6.No fleet plan, but hey, Team Tony has seen it and they claim its a "sweet" one. These are the same group that misuse our dues in order to have a great time during their meetings.

These are facts. Dont be blind.

Why is this fleet plan such a mystery to people? Eagle will be roughly a 230 airplane fleet with the atrs leaving and 135's being parked over the course of the year. An order for roughly 25 crj700/900's should be coming out with deliveries to happen in 2014. I'm not sure why any of the news that has been put out there surprises anyone. I mean SJU had been on the decline since the Caribbean islands started extending their runways past 6000ft and the ATRs aren't exactly new. Expect 4-5 feeders with another yet to be announced. I feel some people on here live in fallout shelters thinking about how the world is going to wrong them. Relax everyone.
