theyre about to get bum rushed by 30 or 40 EMJ long term trainee's in the next few weeks, I see a big cluster f*ck for the next 6 months at the TC.

The ones I've talked to, the CAs are more scared about the jet training, because they never flown one.

Remember if they bust the training they have to go to FO, but guess what? They have to pass the PIC type, so basically they will get screwed.

I have not heard anything about being ****ed off.

Ps flying a erj isn't rocket science, some of the dumbest people I know are flying the erj right now at eagle.
