Two very different scenarios as both will get you 3 move days but if you were awarded a vacancy only one of them is paid while the other two are unpaid... Displaced get 3 paid move days plus if relocating you will get 4 days off at your discretion, in other words you can take them over a 4 day trip and get paid for it "for moving purposes"!!! ;)
