It depends on your base. You will get whatever codeshare operates out of your base plus Frontier and maybe United. All RP employees used to get United benefits but it changed, and I've heard UAL has gone back to offering benefits to all UAL employees.
For instance, CHQ SDF employees get UA, US, and DL because all of those operations operate out of SDF. |

ask the skywest and express jet guys, they are in LAX and DFW. They would know best. AA & AE employees (if is like skw and xjet) will get priority on standby on your own metal. |

You would not get US, UA, DL, or any other benefits. You get priority low on F9 where a retired ramper's unaccompanied buddy pass rider bumps you or your family. |
