It depends on your base. You will get whatever codeshare operates out of your base plus Frontier and maybe United. All RP employees used to get United benefits but it changed, and I've heard UAL has gone back to offering benefits to all UAL employees.

For instance, CHQ SDF employees get UA, US, and DL because all of those operations operate out of SDF.

So an RW E175 guy based in ORD and flying for AE wouldn't get UAL benefits because the Q400s don't flying into ORD?

Depends on what the current UAL policy is. At one time all Republic employees regardless of codeshare got UAL benefits, then it changed to only those supporting the UAL operation. I don't work at RP anymore, but I heard it was going back to the old policy of all employees getting UAL benefits again.

ask the skywest and express jet guys, they are in LAX and DFW. They would know best.
They will get probably flying benefits in their own routes.

AA & AE employees (if is like skw and xjet) will get priority on standby on your own metal.

As of policy right now you are correct. You would get AA benefits only (and that's a ways off). Travel, as of two weeks ago is not providing UA benefits unless you fly UA on the RW certificate (ie Q-400). Regardless of what is flown in your "base".

You would not get US, UA, DL, or any other benefits. You get priority low on F9 where a retired ramper's unaccompanied buddy pass rider bumps you or your family.
