You really can't please everybody. Some people will call you a bottom feeder and spineless for not slowing down and forcing the company into a new contract ala AA. Others will criticize you for inconveniencing them.

Can someone explain to me how flying slow and saving a bunch of fuel "sticks it to the man"? Seems to me all it does is screw over your controllers and fellow pilots who want to get home on time. If you want to stick it to the company write stuff up when it's broken and call in sick when you're sick.
