I doubt this will have much of an impact on the flying public, but it should be an eye opener to someone looking for thier first regional airline job.

I wonder if ATP shares this information on their $1,500 Republic interview prep course!

Let me save anybody thinking of doing the interview prep some hard earned coin:

1. Have a pulse
2. Show up to the interview
3. Don't be a douche

Voila! You've earned the right to be treated like trash and get paid pennies! Congrats!

Nothing like spending 10% of your take home pay or 1/3 of the sign on bonus on an interview prep completed by an instructor who has 500 hrs and has never flown anything bigger than a seminole.
