Future crew planning prompts them to level FOs at about the five year point - assuming they will shortly move into the left seat with higher pay. They will also try and level captains pay at about the twelve year point assuming a majority of them will have moved on to the majors by then.

There will be screaming, gnashing of teeth, foot dragging, game blaming, threats and promises of martyrdom and statements of "take one for the team." I think most of you should study the Endeavor (Pinnacle) pay scale and start your future financial planning.

I love how you are such a 9E cheerleader and seem proud of their accomplishments in other posts. Well, news flash, your crush is kind of sleazy and clearly you understand that by your last line here. Glad you're such a supporter.

Weak unions equals weak bargaining positions in which many in airline management see themselves as the predator seeking prey the airline employee.

Good for you Eagle Guys/Gals. The race to the bottom stops here. Now if air whiskey, Horizon, SKW/ASA XJT and heck even GoJets (its a stretch i know)stand firm in their belief of a livable wage we will have the upper hand. All the while 9E pilots scratch their heads wondering where their balls went...

Thank you Eagle Pilots... Now its our turn guys/gals to say no, pinnacle rates are not the norm, they're the bottom feeders....

Does anyone else find it ironic for management to request concessions from an under-compensated workforce? C'mon now, there's no reason for ANY pilot group to vote yet...you don't make enough money to offer any concessions. This stuff needs to make the front page of a few newspapers, they already had a San Francisco article following the SFO crash that talked about window washers making wages higher than regional FO's...think their rate was $20 something an hour, and they don't have a 1,000 limit. Not to mention how many windows you can clean on the side ;)

I'm sure you're all aware of Eagles Vote which may have sealed their fate. If our airlines accepts "Pinnacle payrates as the new norm" we as a pilot group have positively sealed Eagles fate. Eagle pilots took a stand and now it's our turn to do the same for them. If we collectively say no as a pilot group albeit SKW/XJT, RAH, Air Wisc, PSA ect... We can start gaining back what this profession has already taken from us. The requirements for entry into 121 are higher than ever and we should be compensated as such...
