So tell us more about all these undesirables. What makes them undesirable? And what percentage of the regionals do you think they compose?
It's just too easy to shoot through the huge holes you leave in your posts.

Typically at the regional level it's around 10 to 15% that are turds.

I didn't know I was comparing but just wondering about how they would respond. Maybe you don't know enough history or like some here no matter what anyone replies will not accept anyone's opinion but their own. The point is if your association which already favors the majors over the regionals and fails at the majors, will not provide equal and fair representation to regionals, then I cannot expect much support when working at a regional, which is also at the association’s weakest level. This is the core of the problem. A bunch of individual separate pilot groups trying to act like a union but fails in the process through greed andself interest.

I'm not defending ALPA, at its core it's a conflict of interest. Blaming that contract on ALPA though is a joke. You had a vote.

Yes had a vote and based on the history I witnessed and experienced I voted accordingly. Without any real help and unity, one or even a few regionals will never affect any change regardless.

Well, History points to Comair... Same projected fleet count, concessions and then... But no, no 9E is different when compared to Comair...

10-15%? That's amazing! So tell us what makes this huge proportion undesirable to you.

Who's that? Surly you couldn't be talking about Endeavor pilots, we don't have a flow through.
