Did not make the flight
Weird, years back it was a positive space for me and yes I got first class on the way back. I am sure then can rebook you for another interview but that sucks cause that seniority flowing away. Never know , 1 class can be an upgrade or furlough etc .

I had the same problem at a recent interview. They have so few jobs and so many people to interview they don't care if someone falls through the cracks due to travel or paperwork issues.

I interviewed at Eagle in early '11. It was NOT positive space. I got stuck in DFW for 2 days due to the hailstorm that damaged 80 something AA acft. |
Just curious, how long before the flight did you arrive?

Disagree with this but anywho.....
Further, the fact that you can't even get phone calls returned regarding travel or paperwork difficulties means they don't care about you. I had a friend who had a flight cancelled on the way to his eagle interview and couldn't get ahold of them. He arrived in the middle and was chewed out and generally, they were very unprofessional. He obviously didn't get the job. |
It was an observation I disagreed with.....I was told my airline has ~100 applications on file about a month ago with plans to hire 30/month. Pretty sure this is the case throughout this section of the industry.
Regionals are not filling classes right now. |
In the nearly 4 years I've been here it's never been positive space. It's an A12 status standby which under certain load conditions can be confirmed. It requires an E inventory seat to be available which is only available when a certain load percentage threshold has not yet been met.
Sorry about the trouble getting to the interview. |

I really wasn't offering an opinion to disagree with, it's just an observation. Its inarguable that they have a surplus of applicants.
